Everyone except Jessica was trying to find Melissa. Suddenly they heard a singing noise coming from the far end of the jungle. Everyone’s eyes and ears were on high alert so this singing sound was hard to miss.

Then suddenly the same singing noise came in chorus from all the directions. It started getting close. With high shrieking noise the singing went right through all of them.

It felt like a large wind tore them apart from the inside. Nadia held me closely. She handed me the book and said, “END THIS!!!! END THIS NOW!!!”

I knew she was scared but this was heights. She knew we had to cleanse her soul and there was only one way of doing that. Either by an exorcism or by killing her. We were not qualified for an exorcism and no way anyone was ready to kill her.

Till we could decide, we saw a bright red light in front of us. It was coming right towards us. Nadia caught me and squeezed my arm so hard that I felt like someone was breaking my bones. I didn’t scream though.

So back to the light. It came like the wind but someone was walking in the light. Then we heard some creepy giggles from the girl like figure walking in the red light.

Slowly it showed her face. We saw golden eyes like a wolf with a hint of blood. The eyelids were dripping blood instead of tears. And the teeth looked like a vampire. The difference was only that it had all the teeth as canines. The light automatically went off.

I thought in that instant that it was decided. I said, “Nadia and the rest, get ready. We are going to perform an exorcism. Take out all your godly things and hold them tight. Randy, you and I will catch Melissa and keep her still. Nadia your work is to keep reciting the passage 35 of the book till she sleeps. Ready? Randy as I count to three we go and hold her and keep her still….. one…. two… three… now!!!!”

Both of us went and Melissa pushed Randy so hard that he went flying back and his head banged on a tree. He died on the spot. It was only me.

I tried holding her and told her my true feelings towards her, to calm her down. I knew Nadia was feeling bad but it was the only way to keep her calm.

As Nadia started the passage and the others kept their godly possessions near Melissa, she started fighting to become free. I kept my hold. She kicked another one who went and landed straight over Randy.

Fortunately after so much hardships we were able to get in control with Melissa. After atleast 45 minutes of recitation she was herself again. I took her safely back to the cottage where she was given a hot coffee. The plane was also fixed. All of us left the island as soon as we could.

The next day when all of us came together for a get together at Melissa’s house, she looked different. Her eye were bright red now.  Suddenly she got up and pulled out Patrick’s arm. He screamed in pain. We didn’t do anything. We just ran away, all of us. Nobody knows what happened to Patrick or Melissa.
