I sneaked out a gold ornament on my way to the psycho lady’s office. I reached under the bridge where Chacha and me met daily. He came a few minutes late in an auto rickshaw. I handed him the ornament. He examined it and said, “I want something more expensive soon or else you are coming home.”
“Don’t worry, I’ll steal something more expensive tomorrow.”
Suddenly out of nowhere police jeeps surrounded both of us. Gurpreet and the police inspector that introduced me to the psycho lady stepped out of one of the jeeps and the inspector arrested chacha.
